At KPR, we believe in transparency and product traceability. Whether you’re a distributor managing inventory or a customer verifying product freshness, knowing how to check the manufacturing date is essential.
Here’s a quick guide to help you identify when your KPR safety footwear was produced.
Where to Find the Manufacturing Date?
You can locate the manufacturing date in two places:
1. Tongue Label (Check the inside of the shoe tongue for a printed or stitched date)
- Eg. Malaysia Factory

- Eg. China Factory

These codes indicate the production batch and date. The format may vary slightly depending on the factory, but the key digits reflect the manufacturing timeline.
2. Shoe Box Label (Look for a sticker or printed code on the box)
Example code: O-807JSD BLACK size UK 8/EU42
- 2nd & 3rd digit pair (e.g., 25) = Year of Manufacture
- 4th–5th digit pair (e.g., 06) = Month of Manufacture

Therefore, a code with 25 and 06 means the product was manufactured in June 2025.
